How do I associate a submission to a journal collection?

Once a collection has been setup by the Journal Manager, all live collections will appear in the Publication > Issue tab for each submission. This will list each collection within the journal and indicate whether the submission is already associated with any. An Editor should check this assignment during their desk assessment of the initial submission, however, it is also important to check that the assignment is correct (along with all other submission metadata and content) prior to sending the article for typesetting. This will ensure that the article is associated with the correct collection(s) at the point of publication.

One the relevant collection title has been ticked, remember to click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
