Where will authors have replied to reviewer comments?
It is common for a journal to ask an author to respond to the reviewer comments that they have received when revisions are submitted. To ensure that these comments are clearly labeled, the journal may create a specific article Component
that can be identified as the author’s reply. The author is then able to upload the file as part of their revisions and tag it with the component name - e.g. Response to Reviewers
Uploading any comments in this way means that they can be easily shared with the reviewers, should they be of value.
Editors can view the revised files by accessing the submission on the OJS account and going to the ‘Revision’ section of the ‘Review’ tab.
