How do I download a completed journal peer review form?

Once a peer review task has been completed the information will be available to the editor via the Reviewers section of the submission display. This can be read, in full, within the OJS system, however, if the editor needs to export the review so that it can be read outside of the journal system then this is also possible via the below*. The peer review form will be exported in PDF format.

1. click the ‘Read Review’ button - this will open the popup window containing the full review details

2. click the ‘Download’ button

   select whether you wish to download:

   1. author version - this will only include elements of the review form that have been marked as safe to show the author, OR
   2. editor-version - this will include the entire review form, regardless of the viewing permissions of each element
3. click the ‘Export' button

*Note that review details are normally confidential and may contain sensitive data. If exporting the information outside of the journal system, it must only be shared with those associated with the journal who have permission to view such data.
