How can I add journal-level file sharing?
The editorial system is able to host files that are available to journal users. Examples of such files may be article templates to help write the draft manuscript or checklists for editors to use prior to making editorial decisions - e.g a desk assessment or pre-typesetting acceptance checks.
To access files in the file library:
Navigate to the setting Workflow > Publisher Library
Click ‘Add a file’
Add the file details
- Name that you would like the file to appear as
- Whether the file should be logged under ‘Marketing’, ‘Permissions’, ‘Reports’ or ‘Other’
- Upload the file
- enable/disable whether the file should be available to the general public
Click ‘Ok’ to save
The files will then appear in your Publisher Library and will be available to editors and authors as part of their submission workflow (see here for user access to the files)
