How do I reset my password

If you cannot remember your password, it is possible to reset the password. To do this

1. Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page

2. Enter the email address associated with the account

3. Click the ‘Reset Password’ button

4. An email will be sent to the relevant account inbox. Click the link in this email

5. Enter the new password

6. Repeat the password in the second field, ensuring that it is exactly the same

7. Click the ‘Save’ button

8. The user should now be able to navigate to the login page, where the new password can be entered
