How do I submit my revised files?

Once peer review has been conducted, the corresponding author will receive an email from the editorial team stating the decision made. It will also summarise the review comments and the changes requested.

You can also view this decision and email by logging into your OJS account and clicking on ‘View’ next to the submission. In the ‘Review’ tab, you will be able to see the details of the different rounds of review. These will appear in the ‘Notifications’ section and in the ‘Reviewer’s Attachments’ section if any have been included.

You can view the submission files from the current round of review in the ‘Submission’ tab

Once you have revised your manuscript according to reviewer comments, you can upload this file in the ‘Review’ tab in the ‘Revisions’ section.

Click ‘Upload File’.  Select your revised file and the correct designation and complete the upload steps.  You can add additional files if you need to include new supplementary files or if you want to include a file with your responses to the reviewer comments.

Any files you have uploaded will now appear in the ‘Revisions’ section. If you have made a mistake then you can either edit or delete a file by clicking on the arrow next to the file title.  As soon as you submit a file, the editor will automatically receive an email notifying that revisions have been uploaded.

You can also start a conversation on the OJS system with the editor in the ‘Review Discussions’ section.
