How do I add an ORCiD to my journal profile?

  1. Click the ‘Account’ button to log in to the journal’s editorial system

  2. Click the icon in the top right corner of the page, and then the ‘Edit Profile’ option




  3. Click the ‘Public’ tab

    Scroll down to the ORCID ID section and add your details

    1. NOTE: The ORCID iD must include the full URI (e.g. "https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097").
  4. Click ‘Save’




Note: if you have an active submission in the system then this will not update the author metadata. You will need to update the Contributor information within the submission in order to change active submission metadata.
