How long will it take for my article to be published once accepted?

We aim to have accepted articles online, in their final form, as quickly as possible. Most of our journals run a ‘continuous’ publication model, whereby articles are not held for a specific issue date, meaning that authors receive credit for their work earlier. Some journals, however, publish an issue at set times of the year, so for these journals, the time from acceptance to publication will depend on the existing schedule.

The average time from having an accepted submission sent for typesetting to being available for publication is three weeks, including author proofing.
